Hotel Playas de Guardamar also offers you its free transfer service from the Alicante RENFE Station for reservations made on our website and with a minimum stay of 7 nights. Please note that this service is free and has limited places so it is subject to availability and confirmation by the hotel.

Free Transfers
If you need to request our transfer service, follow this steps:
1. Send an email to traslados@hotelesposeidon.com with the following details: Full name that appears in your booking, date and train schedule, hotel name, number of people (if there are children, please state their age), mobile phone.
2. Once availability is confirmed, our transfers department will send you the confirmation via email.
3. Print the confirmation and take it with you the day you´re traveling.
4. Once you arrive, hand the printed confirmation to the driver. Our driver is uniformed and carrying a Poseidon Hotels sign, he stands in front of the train exit.
5. If you have any issues, please contact the driver. His phone number is in your transfer voucher.
